Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AdPulse mobile application ("the app," "we," "our") operated by WiseApps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AdPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
AdPulse is a mobile dashboard application that allows Google AdMob publishers to view their ad monetization performance data. The app accesses your AdMob account data in read-only mode through the official Google AdMob API. AdPulse does not create, modify, or delete any data in your AdMob account.
3. Account & Authentication
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use AdPulse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must grant the "See your AdMob data" permission for the app to function. You may revoke this permission at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
4. Data Accuracy
AdPulse displays data as received from the Google AdMob API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. AdMob data may be delayed by 24-48 hours. Estimated earnings shown in the app are approximate and may differ from finalized payment amounts. Currency conversions are approximate and based on third-party exchange rates.
AdPulse is not a financial reporting tool. Do not rely on AdPulse data for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Always refer to your official AdMob dashboard for authoritative financial data.
5. Subscriptions (AdPulse Pro)
AdPulse offers optional paid subscriptions ("AdPulse Pro") that unlock additional features including ad-free experience, advanced reports, and priority refresh.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play Store → Subscriptions
- Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
6. Free Version & Advertising
The free version of AdPulse is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by AdPulse.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use automated systems or bots to access the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
- Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
- Use the app to violate Google's AdMob Terms of Service
8. Intellectual Property
AdPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WiseApps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AdPulse name, logo, and design are trademarks of WiseApps. Google, AdMob, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AdPulse is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on data displayed in the app.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of the app.
11. Third-Party Services
AdPulse relies on third-party services including Google APIs, Firebase, and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Disruptions to these services may affect app functionality.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AdPulse at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
