AdPulse ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the AdPulse mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID. This is used solely for authentication and personalizing your experience.
AdMob Data: With your explicit permission (via the "See your AdMob data" OAuth consent), we access your Google AdMob account data in read-only mode. This includes your publisher ID, app listings, ad unit configurations, and performance metrics (earnings, impressions, clicks, etc.).
Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve app stability and performance.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to AdPulse Pro, your purchase is processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not store your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to the app
- To display your AdMob performance data within the app
- To cache your data locally for offline access and faster loading
- To manage your Pro subscription status
- To send push notifications (earnings alerts, weekly digests) if you opt in
- To improve app performance and fix crashes
3. Data Storage & Security
Your AdMob data is cached in Google Cloud Firestore, scoped to your unique user ID. Only you can access your own data — enforced by Firebase Security Rules. No other user or administrator can view your financial data.
OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted secure storage on your device using platform-native encryption (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). We never store your Google password.
All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
4. Third-Party Services
AdPulse integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Sign-In & AdMob API — Google Privacy Policy
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — Firebase Privacy
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob (in-app advertising) — Google Ads Privacy
5. Advertising
The free version of AdPulse displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. AdPulse Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or financial data with any third parties. Your AdMob earnings data is only accessible to you within the app.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your cached data is stored in Firestore as long as your account is active. When you sign out, local cached data and tokens are cleared from your device. To delete all server-side data, you can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your Firestore data within 30 days of a verified request.
8. Children's Privacy
AdPulse is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Revoke AdMob API access via your Google Account Permissions
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
